Circular Bottom Knives
Circular lower knives are used together with the upper knives, and they are knives that cut by shearing method.
These knives; It is used for cutting a wide variety of materials such as paper, cardboard, cardboard, labels, adhesive tape, cable, aluminum foil, non-ferrous metals, film, foil, plastic, nonwoven, textile, rubber and composite.
Our knives are produced with high quality standards using German and Swedish steels (Bohler-Uddeholm).
Lower Blade Types;
Set Screw Fixing Lower Blades
In circular lower blades with set screw fixation, the lower blade is fixed to the blade shaft by tightening the set screw inside the blade.
Free Snap Bottom Blades
The free-fit lower blades are fixed to the blade shaft depending on the blade type;
1- Using Spacers: Lower blades are placed on the blade shaft by using spacers to create the appropriate cutting width and fixed to the shaft by means of a nut.
2- By Pneumatic Method: Pneumatic lower blade is placed on the shaft according to the slicing widths and air is supplied to the blade shaft. Thus, the holders are fixed to the pneumatic blade shaft.
Lower Blades with Inner Ring Fixing
Fixing the circular lower knives with inner ring fixation to the blade shaft is fixed to the shaft by tightening the ring inside the blade as a result of tightening the set screw inside the blade.
Eccentric Fixing/Self-Tightening Lower Blades
These lower blades are fixed to the blade shaft by rotating the balls placed in the eccentric channel around themselves with the eccentric ring.
